🔐 Access #
🔹 How do I get access to the indicators?
After your purchase, access will be granted within 24 hours. You’ll receive a confirmation email from us once it’s active.
🔹 Why don’t I see the indicator in TradingView?
Make sure you’re logged into the correct TradingView account, then check the “Invite-only scripts” section. If it’s not there, refresh the page or log out and back in.
🔹 Can I use the indicators with a free TradingView plan?
Absolutely — all our indicators work with the free TradingView plan. However, a paid subscription is recommended if you want to use multiple alerts or multi-chart layouts.

🔹 What assets and timeframes do ICTProTools work on?
All indicators are compatible with any asset (Forex, Crypto, Indices, Stocks…) and all timeframes, from 1-second to monthly.
🔹 How do I add an indicator to my chart?
Click “Indicators” → go to “Invite-only scripts” → and select the one you want. It’s added instantly!

🔹 Why don’t I see anything on the chart after adding the indicator?
Make sure you’ve enabled the right modules inside the indicator settings.
🔹 Can I use the indicators on mobile?
Yes — all ICTProTools indicators are fully compatible with the TradingView mobile app.
🔹 Do your indicators repaint?
No — our indicators do not repaint. All signals and zones remain stable once printed.
🔹 How do I get updates when a new version is released?
When an update is available, a purple icon appears. Click it and choose “Update to latest version”.
🔹 How do I keep my settings after an update?
Use TradingView’s indicator templates:
Click the four-squares icon → “Save Indicator Template” → Name it → Reapply anytime to restore your settings.
🔹 Can I set alerts? How does it work?
Yes! Our indicators have built-in alert conditions.
Go to the indicator settings, enable the alert types you want, then click the clock icon on your chart and choose “Any alert() function call”.
💳 Billing & Plans #
🔹 What are the available plans?
We offer 3 options:
- Monthly – for trying it out
- Yearly – for committed traders
- Lifetime – one payment, access forever
🔹 How do I change or cancel my plan?
You can change or cancel your subscription anytime from your Dashboard.
Just click “Manage Billing” to open your Stripe customer portal and update your plan.
🔹 Can I upgrade from monthly or yearly to lifetime?
You can’t switch directly to the lifetime plan from the billing portal.
Instead, just cancel your current subscription via “Manage Billing,” then purchase the lifetime access separately from our pricing page.
🔹 What is your refund policy?
If your subscription renewed by mistake or if you encountered any issue using our indicators, just contact us within 7 days — we’ll take care of it.
🔹 Do you offer a free trial?
Yes — We offer a 14-day free trial, with no credit card required.
Simply sign up to start testing the indicators — no strings attached.
