How often are the indicators updated?
We regularly update our indicators to adapt to changing market conditions and client feedback. You’ll receive email notifications for every update, ensuring your tools are always up to date.
How do I update my indicators?
When a new version is available, simply refresh your TradingView page. You will then be prompted to validate the update by clicking a button. Detailed instructions on the update process are available in the tutorial on your user dashboard. You will also receive an email notification for each new update.
Do the indicators require any specific settings or adjustments?
Our indicators come with powerful default settings, ready to assist you in your trading. However, you can customize them to fit your unique trading style. The user guide provides all the details on how to adjust these settings according to your strategy.
How many indicators will I receive with ICT Insight™?
When you purchase ICT Insight™, you will receive access to three separate indicators. This separation is due to technical constraints, but together, they form the complete ICT Insight™ system. Each indicator provides essential insights for a comprehensive market analysis. Simply add all three to your TradingView chart to fully leverage the ICT Insight™ methodology.
How do I access my purchased indicators?
After purchasing ICT Insight™, you will be prompted to provide your TradingView ID after the checkout process. Once your TradingView ID is submitted, access to the indicator will be granted within 24 hours. You will receive an email notification once your access is activated, along with installation instructions.
How do I install the indicators on my TradingView?
Once your access to ICT Insight™ has been activated, follow these steps to install the indicator on TradingView:
- Log into your TradingView account.
- Open the “Indicators” panel.
- Go to the “Invite-only scripts” tab.
- Click “Add to Chart” to activate them on your charts.
Are there any tutorials or guides available?
Yes. After your purchase, you’ll receive a link to our getting started videos (settings, configuration, and how to use the indicator). These are available to subscribers only.
Additionally, a comprehensive public documentation is available to everyone. It explains the ICT concepts built into the indicator and how to apply them effectively.
All resources can be accessed from your user Dashboard, or via the Guides button in the site header.
What should I do if I encounter technical issues?
If you encounter any technical issues, don’t worry, we’re here to support you every step of the way. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure payment options.

Can I modify or cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. All our subscriptions are commitment-free.
You can modify or cancel them anytime from your Dashboard, via the “Manage Billing” button.
Access to your indicators remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Can I get a refund if I’m not satisfied with my purchase?
We do not offer refunds for our services. However, we provide a 30-day free trial, allowing you to try our product with no risk before making a commitment. If you have any questions or issues during the trial period, feel free to contact us.
What should I do if I have suggestions for improvements?
