Welcome to ICTProTools™. These Terms of Service govern the access and use of our website https://ictprotools.com(the “Site”) and our associated services, including the purchase of TradingView indicators. By accessing our site and using our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Definitions

Client: Any person accessing the Site and using the services provided by ICTProTools™.

Indicator: Analytical tools developed for TradingView, sold on the Site.

User Account: An account created by the Client via Auth0 to access the services.

2. Services Offered

ICTProTools™ offers TradingView indicators either for one-time purchase or through subscription. Indicators are available via our Stripe payment page, after creating an account on the Site.

Access to the indicators is granted within 24 hours after receiving your TradingView ID, which will be requested once the payment is completed.

3. Account Creation and Login

To access our services, you must create an account via our Auth0 portal. You must provide accurate information, including your email. By registering, you agree to the processing of your information according to our Privacy Policy.

You can log in using your email address or through Google. You must log in using the same method you used when creating your account (email or Google) to avoid any access or account issues.

Once logged in, an avatar replaces the ‘Sign Up’ and ‘Log In’ buttons to indicate that you are connected, with a dropdown menu containing the options ‘My Account’ and ‘Log Out’.

4. Payments

Payments are processed via Stripe. We use a direct link to Stripe to facilitate transactions. Your email address used to create your account will be automatically pre-filled on the payment page and cannot be changed for practical and management reasons.

Invoices and payment receipts will be automatically sent to you by email after each purchase.

After completing your purchase, you will be required to submit your TradingView ID through a dedicated form. Access to the indicator will be granted within 24 hours of receiving this information.

4.1 Pricing

Our indicators are offered at the following prices:

– $22/month (or €22/month) – Monthly subscription
– $219/year (or €219/year) – Annual subscription
– $499 (or €499) – One-time payment, lifetime access

The English version of the site displays prices in U.S. dollars, while the French version displays the corresponding prices in euros. Due to fluctuations in the EUR/USD exchange rate, displayed prices may change at any time. We also reserve the right to update our prices at any time without notice, except for current subscriptions.

4.2 Subscriptions

Our subscriptions are flexible. You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time from your personal space, under My Account > Billing. This will redirect you to the Stripe customer portal, where you can:

– Cancel your subscription with one click
– Switch from a monthly to an annual plan
– Download your invoices

Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

If our pricing changes, current subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before the next billing date. They will have the option to cancel their subscription before the new pricing takes effect.

If you forget to cancel your subscription, you have 7 days after the charge to request a refund. In such cases, we will refund the last payment only. After this period, no refunds will be granted.

5. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for lifetime (one-time) purchases, as we provide a 14-day free trial to allow you to explore and evaluate our product before making a payment. Each user is entitled to only one free trial, and it cannot be used multiple times by the same individual. Once the trial has ended and a payment has been processed, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

For monthly or annual subscriptions, if you forget to cancel before renewal, you may contact us at support@ictprotools.com within 7 days after the charge to request a refund. We will then process a refund for the most recent payment. Beyond this period, no refund requests will be accepted.

6. Use of the Site

By accessing the Site, you agree to:

Not use the Site for illegal purposes or in violation of these Terms of Service.

Comply with all applicable regulations, including data protection laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell our indicators without explicit authorization.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on the Site, including indicators, texts, graphics, and logos, is the exclusive property of ICTProTools™. Any unauthorized use may result in legal action.

8. Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a user account in case of violation of these Terms of Service, without prior notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

ICTProTools™ shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Site or the purchase of our indicators, including financial losses, service interruptions, or errors in market analysis.

10. Changes to the Terms of Service

ICTProTools™ may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on the Site. It is your responsibility to regularly check this page.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by French law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.

Our site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these sites, and the use of such sites is at your own risk.
