🔍 I can’t see the IBDR, what should I do? #

There are two possible reasons:

• The timeframe selected in the indicator is lower than your chart’s timeframe. For example, a 15m IBDR won’t show up on a 1h or 4h chart.
• The conditions to detect an IBDR aren’t met yet. Just wait until a new range is detected based on the selected sensitivity.

🔁 Why does the IBDR suddenly disappear? #

The IBDR is automatically removed when either its High or Low is taken by price. Once broken, the range is no longer valid.

🎛 What does the “Sensitivity” setting do? #

It adjusts how frequently and how strictly IBDRs are detected:

• High: more frequent, more reactive
• Medium: balanced
• Low: only the cleanest moves are detected (ideal for swing traders)

🔐 What does the “Lock” option do exactly? #

When Lock is enabled, the indicator will not draw a new IBDR until the current one is broken (by taking its High or Low).

If Lock is disabled, a new IBDR can appear even if the previous one is still active, as long as a valid new setup is detected.

⏱ Can I display multiple IBDRs on the same chart? #

Yes! Just add the Market Environment indicator multiple times, selecting a different timeframe for each one.

👉 Example: a 1h IBDR + a 15m IBDR.

👁️ Can I display a lower-timeframe IBDR on a higher-timeframe chart? #

No. An IBDR will only show up if your chart’s timeframe is equal to or lower than the IBDR’s timeframe.

👉 Example: a 15m IBDR won’t display on a 1h or 4h chart — only on 15m or lower.

📈 How should I use the Premium / Discount zones? #

• Premium zone (above 0.5): ideal area to look for shorts, but wait for confirmations (structure, SMT…)
• Discount zone (below 0.5): logical buy zone, also better with confirmation

🧠 What is the Equilibrium (0.5) used for? #

The 0.5 level is a balance point often used by institutions to return to break even or trigger a move.

It often acts as a pivot or reaction level.

🔔 Can I receive alerts? #

Yes, you can set alerts to be notified when:

• A new IBDR is formed
• The High or Low is broken
• A zone change occurs (from Premium to Discount or vice versa)
